We are a growing, dynamic design studio with offices in Antwerp and London. We are looking for a Senior Brand Designer to help elevate our brand designs to the next level.
About the role
As a Senior Brand Designer, you’ll be at the heart of our mission: shaping brands that leave a lasting impression.
No two weeks are the same—you’ll work on a mix of projects across a variety of clients and industries, from well-established retail brands to ambitious tech scale-ups. One day, you might be shaping a brand narrative; the next, you’re guiding junior designers, developing a branding system that works across all formats.
Here’s what you’ll do:
Balance creativity with strategy/ Design with impact: Your role goes beyond aesthetics—you’ll craft identities that resonate with audiences and answer needs. Through conceptual thinking and shaping compelling brand narratives, you’ll align designs with a brand’s personality, voice, and values, and articulate why a solution works.
Craft boundary-pushing brand identities: You’ll use your creative expertise to design brands that redefine categories and connect with audiences.
Master the details: You know how to bring typography, colour, layout, and imagery together to create a cohesive visual identities that embody a brand’s personality, voice and values.
Think systemically: As brand designer you are building the foundations for others creating communication for the brand. You’ll build design systems that function seamlessly across various formats and platforms, ensuring consistency and clarity at every touchpoint.
Love packaging design: You are able to translate brand into engaging packaging design that feels on-brand, sustainable, and irresistible on the shelf within production and technical limitations.
Bring a broader design perspective: Your passion for design goes beyond branding. With a strong foundation and diverse interests, you draw from other disciplines—whether motion, photography, 3D, or another skill—to enrich your creative work.
Collaborate: You’ll work closely with the team, offering guidance to junior designers and contributing to shared creative solutions.
About you
You bring at least 8 years of relevant experience and a hunger to create impactful, boundary-pushing designs. You thrive in a collaborative, creative studio culture and value shared ideas, honest feedback, and bold thinking.
