As we continue to grow as a company, so does the need for someone who can help us stay on top of our online and offline public image. That’s why we’re on the hunt for our very own Reputation Manager. Your main tasks will be managing our social media and website, writing newsletters, organizing events, producing merch, and being in charge of collaborations. In a nutshell: you’ve got the taste, brains and technical skills to be the driving force behind every aspect that represents us.
Your responsibilities:
Manage Mutant’s social media channels.
Curate, create and optimize content for our website, newsletters, and social media.
Capture on-the-ground moments of our events and campaigns to produce authentic content.
Develop a PR and social media strategy that aligns with our business and reputation goals.
Craft press releases to promote agency news, campaigns and initiatives.
Partner with the creative department to initiate, lead and produce exciting new initiatives or spark new activities.
Partner with HR to promote internal initiatives that support employee engagement and employer branding.
Your skills:
Dutch native with strong writing skills in English.
Able to create social content on your own (from working the camera to using Photoshop and doing some basic video editing).
Experience using Mailchimp to create, manage and optimize email campaigns.
Hands-on producer mindset to make all of the fun ideas happen in time.
A good eye for what’s happening and relevant in contemporary culture.
Attention to detail, good taste and a high standard of execution.
Some experience in a relevant line of work or other evidence that this role is right up your alley.
